Many mothers like me cannot and do not want to leave their children alone or in the care of strangers. But we have to work to provide them with what they need for their lives and development.

Thanks to the programmes in gastronomy offered by Fundación Avanzar, I can learn cooking and baking in 4 to 5 month courses at a time when my family can help me take care of my child.

When I have completed the courses, I can prepare dishes at home to sell to people in my neighbourhood and earn my own income.
