General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Offer
Small deviations of the delivered products compared to the original shown on the web are possible due to different screen settings. The images and content descriptions in the ATELIER AVANZAR online store are for illustrative purposes only. The delivered products may differ in detail.
Production of your individual product
As soon as the payment is on the PayPal or bank account, your individual product will be manufactured in Ecuador and delivered in 4-5 weeks.
Delivery
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt.
The articles from our assortment are sent by B-Post to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
If you need your order on a specific date, please contact us. We will be happy to inform you whether we can meet the deadline.
Delivery is at the customer's risk. ATELIER AVANZAR is not liable for parcels that are lost in the post and accepts no liability for undeliverable or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, Swiss Post problems or events attributable to force majeure. The place of delivery corresponds to the delivery address stated in the order confirmation.
ATELIER AVANZAR does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, minors or persons under guardianship unless written consent has been given by parents or legal guardians.
Shipping costs
ATELIER AVANZAR does not charge shipping costs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and a shipping fee of 25.00 EURO for orders in Germany & Eastern Europe which is not included in the displayed price.
Price
The price of a product corresponds to the respective information in the ATELIER AVANZAR online store at the time the contract is concluded. ATELIER AVANZAR may change the prices at any time.
Payment
Payment is made via Paypal or prepayment. ATELIER AVANZAR delivers products from stock (unique), only after receipt of payment (prepayment). You will receive a confirmation and invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order.
With Paypal you pay in just two steps, free of charge and securely.
With Paypal, you don't have to have your credit card ready or type in any data. Your bank details or credit card number are securely stored in your PayPal account. You simply pay with your e-mail address and password.

€ prices
The binding prices in CHF are indicated under the articles. Prices in EURO only apply to orders with billing and delivery addresses in Germany and Austria and are adjusted according to exchange rate developments on the ATELIER AVANZAR website.
Defects/Exchange
It is our concern that you are happy with our products!
Only products from stock (unique) can be exchanged.
No right of return is possible for products that are individualized for our customers (from order).
As the buyer, you are obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects to us in writing within 5 days to shop@shop-avanzar.com
In the event of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to statutory warranty claims (return, price reduction, replacement delivery).
The postage for any return shipment for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects shall be borne by you as the buyer.
Data protection
Customer data is used by ATELIER AVANZAR for the purpose of processing orders and payment transactions. In addition, we use the data to communicate with you about orders, products, services and marketing offers, to update our data records and to maintain your customer account with us. ATELIER AVANZAR does not pass on any data to third parties.
Trademark protection, copyright
The content of the www.avanzar-shop.ch website, including the logo, texts, graphics, photos and illustrations are protected by copyright. The right to publish objects created by ATELIER AVANZAR is reserved exclusively for ATELIER AVANZAR.
Final provisions
Should any provision of these GTC prove to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. In such cases, we undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. This also applies to any loopholes. ATELIER AVANZAR reserves the right to adapt/amend these GTC at any time. Disputes arising from these terms and conditions and from contracts concluded in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale and delivery are subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
