Galina Mock
About seven years ago, I met Margarita at an Ecuadorian Embassy event where she spoke about the Atelier Avanzar . On one of my many visits home, I traveled to East Hampton, New York, where I heard a lot about Ecuadorian craftsmanship at an upscale market. These products stayed with me.
In November 2019, my husband and I visited Ecuador to discover my birthplace. My stay there brought me closer to a culture that strives for success. We returned from Ecuador with a desire to help. As an ambassador, I not only enjoy inviting friends and their friends to an event and presenting new collections. I am also proud to promote a high quality product and support Ecuadorian women at the same time.

Bettina Spring
My name is Bettina Spring and I live in Frauenfeld, where I run a small jewelry store. I have a great passion for unique accessories that are made using traditional craftsmanship.
As I was curious about Avanzar and their work, I got in touch with Margarita at the beginning of this year. The bags from Atelier Avanzar are very exclusive and of high quality. Each piece is handmade by the 'Avanzar women' in Equador.

Virginie Ziegler
I am Virginie and I was born in Geneva. My roots are in the north of France, where I regularly visit my family. I have been living in Rapperswil for 30 years now. In my personal life, I am married and lucky enough to be the mother of two grown-up children. Our family is completed by a faithful Jack Russell Terrier who accompanies me on all my adventures.
My interests reflect my passion for discovery. For me, traveling is not just a hobby, but a way of life that allows me to explore new places and get to know different cultures. I was able to fully live out this enthusiasm for ten years as a flight attendant with the former Swissair. The cultural diversity of our world fascinates me, and the exchange with people from different backgrounds enriches my life.
Not so long ago, I discovered a new passion: when Margarita suggested that I support her in marketing Avanzar products, I agreed without hesitation. From the very beginning, I was fascinated by the elegant bags, jewelry and accessories - they all exude a sophisticated and trendy atmosphere. But it wasn't until I got to know the background of this project better that I realized I wanted to be a part of it. I find the opportunity to help other women as a woman extremely fulfilling and I sincerely hope to be able to make a contribution.

Nagla Abulkheir
As my name suggests, I have a multicultural background and grew up in a diplomatic family: Born in Moscow, I lived in Switzerland, Egypt, Colombia, the USA and Saudi Arabia, among others, and speak Arabic, English, Spanish, German and French accordingly. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics at the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.
After moving to Switzerland in 2008, I completed a Master's degree in Brand and Marketing Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. I have more than twenty years of experience in brand marketing, communication and event management on a local and international level.
I am passionate about making women look and feel better and want to share my insights and strategies. That's why I earned an Image Consulting Certificate from the IAP Career College and am a member of the International Association of Professional Image Consultants.
I believe that understanding how image and self-care are connected can lead to positive changes in our personal and professional lives. I strive to pass on my knowledge to women and help them to become more confident, show authenticity and successfully achieve their goals.
Working with the Avanzar Foundation is incredibly fulfilling because of its important mission. My motivation is to empower women and support their needs, which drives me to spread this message in my community.
The combination of stylish, modern design and the craftsmanship of the women at Atelier Avanzar makes marketing the brand an absolute honor. I am confident that I can support the foundation and help the women in Ecuador to become financially independent.
Alexandra Bally
My name is Alexandra Bally and I live with my family near Aarau. I met Margarita some time ago and was immediately impressed by her commitment to the women in Ecuador. I am a big fan of the Avanzar bags and accessories, such as jewelry, hats, placemats, etc.
